WHat to do when you experience damage to your property or business?

No one ever expects to experience  damage to their home. There is probably a million things rushing through your mind at this very moment. Don't worry, We can help guide you through it. The       following are basic steps if you have suffered damage to your property from a disaster.

1.  Makes sure everyone is OK. - Most important is that everyone is safe and calm.  You and Your family lives are more important than material possession

2..  Take Photos - Take pictures of all the damages and of every area that has been affected by the disaster

3.Preserve the Property - Your policy conditions state it is your responsibility to prevent further damage.  Once you have taken pictures you may need to contact a mitigation company for water losses or have the property boarded for fire or wind damage

4.  Report you claim to your carrier - Call your carrier right away and give them the details of your damage.
